Rebuild with Basement

OVERVIEW

This 2700 sq. foot basement was built on a beautiful street in Palo Alto, CA. The homeowners demolished the previous structure and wanted to build their dream home. Building a new home requires coordination and communication so BDCe worked closely with the plumbers, electricians and other contractors to complete the project.

We encountered a lack of available access to the project site and  the proximity of the property to the neighbors houses required shoring piers to be installed. This created limited workspace to build the retaining walls, waterproof and back filling of the basement. BDCe was able to work around all the issues to complete the basement on schedule.
